药物载体研究室简介

药物载体实验室是2009年由来自海内外的中青年学者创建的,依托基因工程药物国家工程研究中心、广东省教育厅生物材料重点实验室、生物材料及组织工程平台和生物医学工程系等。致力于为蛋白、多肽、基因、疫苗等生物医药和小分子化学药物提供合适的生物材料载体,以期达到保护药物的活性、靶向输送药物、并以缓/控释智能方式释放药物。此外,本实验室还致力于对上述药物载体材料进行血液和生物相容性评价,更快地推动药物载体从实验室研究到临床的应用进展。暨南大学利用广东省“211”生物材料与组织工程三期建设项目经费以及与药物载体实验室的经费共同投资兴建小型生物材料测试分析实验室。该实验室设备总投资逾500万,主要购置了差式扫描量热仪、高效液相色谱仪、凝胶色谱仪、荧光倒置显微镜、荧光正置显微镜、热重分析仪、红外光谱仪、纳米激光粒度及zeta电位仪、旋转流变仪、动态材料试验机、超临界二氧化碳、透氧仪和冷冻干燥机等。此测试平台的宗旨是资源共享,主要服务于本学科的科研团队,采取网上预约的形式,为保证平台的仪器正常运转,采取有偿服务的模式来部分筹集耗材、运行及维修费用。 

The Drug Carriers Laboratory was founded by middle-aged and young scholars from home and abroad in 2009, which relies on the National Engineering Research Center of Genetic Engineering Drugs, Key Laboratory of Biomaterials of Guangdong Province, Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering Platform, Department of Biomedical Engineering and so on. The laboratory is dedicated to providing suitable biomaterial carriers for small molecular biological medicine and chemical drugs, including protein, polypeptide, gene, vaccine, to achieve the protection of drug activity, targeting drug delivery andslow/controlled drug release in intelligent way. Besides, the laboratory is also committed to evaluating the hemocompatibility and biocompatibility of drug carrier materials above mentioned to faster promote the progress of drug carriers from laboratory to clinical application. With the project funds of the third phase of the construction of GuangdongProvince211 biomaterials and tissue engineering and the budget of Drug Carriers Laboratory,JinanUniversityhasconstructedthe testing and analyzing laboratory of miniature biomaterials. The investment in theequipmentof the laboratory is over 5 million yuan, including Differential Scanning Calorimeter, High Performance Liquid Chromatograph, Gel Chromatograph,Inverted Fluorescent Microscope, Fluorescent Microscope, Thermo-Gravimetric Analyzer, Infrared Spectrometer, Nanometer Laser Particle Size and Zeta Potential Analyzer, Rotary Rheometer, Dynamic Material Testing Machine, Supercritical Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen Permeability Tester, and so on. The testing platform, whoseobjectis resource sharing, mainly serves the research team of the subject. In order to ensure the regular operation of the instruments, the testing platform takes the form of online-booking and the method of paid service to partly accumulate the fee of consumables, operation and repair.
